Wedding | Daniel & Melissa | North Tonawanda New York

I met Melissa in January of last year when I was in New York visiting friends & Daniel is the brother of one of those friends I was visiting.  My first thoughts were that Melissa was sweet, her & Dan were great together, & I wish I could photograph their wedding! :)  (that's how most photographers think, so cute couples look out... we're after y'all! ;) )  Needless to say, when Melissa messaged me in August, I was extremely excited!  I also got to fly for the first time, so Sarah & I made an adventure out of it all!  As an added bonus, Dan & Melissa attended & got married in the church that Sarah went to before she married my brother!

Their wedding day was absolutely perfect!  It was a sunny, breezy day with Dan & Melissa's families & closest friends gathered to enjoy their celebration.  Their love for each other & the happiness of the day was almost tangible.  I loved to see the way these two laughed together & encouraged each other throughout the day!

A quick first look, then off to the church together!

Dan's niece & nephew stole the show! :)

Ah the excitement! :D

Isn't it such a beautiful church?

Limos are always a good idea!

Their reception at the Brookfield Country Club was beautiful!  All of the details from the cake, to the table settings, center pieces, flowers, food choices, an ice cream bar, & boxes of chocolate wedding favors (picked by Melissa) were perfect!

Did I mention the table decorations?  So lovely!

The way they both look at each other!

Sarah & I had both noticed their classy & cute wedding logo only to find out that Melissa, who is a talented graphic designer, had designed it herself!
With the soothing music of the pianist in the background, there were smiles & laughter, jokes & stories, hugs & kisses, well wishes & "we just got married" looks as the two families celebrated together!

This is definitely a favorite of mine!

Dan's fun fact on the questionnaire that we sent before the wedding was that he does a great impression of George Bailey from It's a Wonderful Life.  Of course, we had to ask him to show us & he is great! :)

I'm not convinced that these two aren't actually models!
